Like you, we’re closely monitoring the health concerns facing our communities. The safety of our team members and customers is our highest priority.

What safety measures have we taken?

When you choose Renewal by Andersen, you’ll work with a single project consultant to manage your job. On installation day, most of our master installers work in crews of two people. Any teammate you invite into your home will follow CDC guidelines to limit the spread of the virus. We’ll even check with you before our visit to make sure your family members are feeling well.

We’ve also increased the frequency of cleaning at our facilities, as well as making sure we’re using the most effective cleaning products. During the few visits we do make, you’ll see us wiping down samples and equipment with antibacterial wipes and wearing protective gloves.

With Renewal, you’ll be working with a single company that will manage every aspect of your project, and much of your installation can be completed from the outside—often in just one day.
